Every year, our organization will make awards of £2000, which is based on the evidence of financial need and musical talent. We basically conduct this award-giving event for various reasons. These events will help us to hire or purchase the musical accessories and other instruments. It will also help us to improve our music lessons, music courses, weekend music schools as well as help in paying the orchestra fees.
The applicants who are interested should have achieved distinction level marks in the last music exams they have attended. In case if they have not done any courses or have not taken any exams, they have to show the evidence, which will show their talent. The recommendation of a music teacher can also work. 2007 Awards:
During the 2007 award event, the two hundred and seven young people applied for this event. These applicants were diverse in the instrument they use, place where they live. The youngest recipient who participated in this even was of 7 years old and the oldest participant was of 17 years.
