Nomination Form

Young professionals make a difference every day. 
So now's is your chance to recognize that friend, co-worker or colleague who you feel makes a positive impact on their profession, their community, and the people around them by nominating them for a Generation-E Leadership Award. Nominees can be from any number of fields, professions and backgrounds. The only requirement is that they live in the Erie area and are making a positive and lasting difference in the community--whether it be professionally, personally, or both.  

Before you nominate, there are some things to think about:

1. Quality, not quantity, of nominations are considered.
2. You may nominate more than one person.
3. Current yep! steering committee members and 2009 Generation-E Annual Leadership Awards committee members are not eligible for consideration.
4. An independent panel of judges weighs each nomination question equally.
5. A poorly-written or incomplete nomination can ruin a great candidate’s chance of receiving the award, so please give as much information as possible when nominating. The information you provide is the only criteria from which the judges make their decision, so be sure it is detailed, complete and accurate. (See sample judging form.)
